Ashleigh Daniel Qualifications, Skills and Experience I have my matric and a BA (Ed). I have my SAQA qualifications in Tools and Design (development of learning material), Moderation and Assessment. (NQF6) Key Areas of Responsibility I have worked in the areas of managing others and am good at adhering to systems, working in a team as well as self-motivated and able to work independently. I am accurate, punctual and service orientated and view timeousness as a good quality. 1.2 Data Capturing I have the ability to ensure that work in done in a timeous and methodical manner and all evidence is available in a format that is accurate and in a manner that is efficient and effective. 1.3 Public Relations I have a Diploma in Public Relations and am fully cognizant of the precepts and background to good public relations.

Hard working and dedication
My current job requires me to attend meeting and at the end of the day be able to manage my administration and tasks. I mange 5 teams which I need to understand their daily and hourly production to ensure the department meets required SLA. The way which I manage to ensure daily production and quality is met is having a great relationship with my team who assist me in ensuring the department delivers on client expectations.

Potential growth
Fast paced enviroment with lots of challenges and competion on sales, lovely team of workers and professional company, target based enviroment also, i enjoy the competionand inccetives rewarded after achievments, i learned to work with the team and being confident and being assertive

Career entry
A typical day at work consists of the following activities; Advertise vacancy , candidate management, agency management , screening and shortlist, scheduling interviews MIE checks , drafting all contracts, assessment requests, new employee packs, payroll administration and record keeping. Me and my co-workers get along very well, i assist everyone in the office because i play the HR admin support role. I have learnt a lot particularity in interviews, the varied approaches in interviews, what i enjoy the most is conducting interviews. The most challenging aspect of my job, is shortlisting, why i say its challenging is because we have high intake volumes and a lot of the time we have few days to do this and so ensuring that one looks through all those applicants in time is challenging.

Diary management Report writing monthly learnt to work smarter, learnt to make decisions for my manager when she's not available source out information on her behalf Attend meeting and minute taking
Pros: Challanging department with lots of crisis ( marketing Department) learn on a daily basis

the social events were very good in terms of team building and character development. Team building was proper and under the good leadership. great assistance and feedback from the leaders as well

Working there was quite a great experience, I resigned because we earn interns of commission only
I learned how to work as a team,how to do presentations,how to be confident in front of many people and be positive. I enjoy the most doing presentations and answer questions from clients that one taught me how to be a leader because I knew what to do if you're in front of people and how to treat and deal with them differently.

Excellent learning curve
everyday i make a difference in clients life We get along very well always there for each other always helping one another Don't work hard but work smart, always put client first. I enjoy assisting clients and helping my team. the challenging aspects is when clients try to take advantage of our services and when when the system is giving problems.
