Review of SANRAL
Great company but there are departments who are failing therefore reducing the ability to be effective. You have the ability to have a good impact on people and the environment which they currently find themselves in. A typical work day includes a host of meetings and liaison with stakeholders to ensure that works are completed on time and within budget. I have learnt that EE is more important that technical skills at this company

Excellent learning curve
We did a lot of training about law,cameras and information about our gauteng roads was interesting. I do a lot of capturing and report writting a good working environment ,

Excellent learning curve
It's a very good company I have learned a lot from it. And m grateful for it. I enjoy being with my colleagues they are a Good team they friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Learning curve
It's a very challenging company with a lot of IT demands which I enjoy. Team work is important to me as I like to assist and learn from others while we are solving challenges. I have learned a lot from the company as is a total different industry from where I was before joining them; the core business is civil engineering and the engineers have a lot of demands when coming to IT solutions that can enable them to work effectively, so I have learned to adapt and do more research on that space. I enjoy my team the most because we are all one big family and we understand the value that we bring in to the company. The most challenging aspect of the job is to balance the needs of core business (Engineering) to IT, it is challenging but I really enjoy it.

Career and academic growth
Great knowledge construction procedure and administration . Good understanding of built environment with respect to the environment and society.I have great academic knowledge and able to offer alternative based of my experience in rehabilitation of national road ranging from concrete works, drainage,earthwork and scheduling of works.

Too much changing under new CEO. One year we have bonuses, the next we don’t
Sanral used to be a very sought after vompany to work for. Its not anymore. New CEO is a tyrant and it’s difficult to hive yoir best when the rules of working are constantly changing
