Excellent working curve

I am a Financial Manager, three personnel reports to me. Garage Manager, and Two back office administrator. I work with the Manager to make sure our suppliers are paid and we have stock for the shop and fast-food to keep sales going. Back office ladies to make sure if they capture all the invoices to get the accurate Gross profit that indicates the growth of the business month to month. Accuracy of the information completeness. Delegation of duties makes everyday job more accuracy and easy to correct mistakes because we know exactly the person responsible and also no pressure of a load of work for one person. It feels so good when you share the knowledge you have to improve the operations of the business. Being a young lady giving instructions to older people , sometimes it's challenging, but what is important is to be firm of what I am instructing them to do.

Lot of experience gained and much exposure

I worked for Shoprite Checkers And Sasol Garage as a Cashier. Both companies were more similar, I was free and happy being part of their team. The busy days were more challenging, with huge pressure but I practice to work with pressure till I fit .My co-workers were so freindly , we were more like family, because we had same goals to achieve like meeting the target,being productive etc. I have gained a lot of experience in public services,til operations, good experience on working with a team. I also have a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. I am able to plan,organise,prioritise and maltitask I am able to perform all the duties as per key performance area I enjoyed dealing with customers, and I was making sure that they are all happy and satisfied,I also enjoyed doing till operations. The most challenging aspects of the job was trying to make a drunked customers who doesn't even listen to you,Working very hard and never been recognise.

A good experience in clients service.

Its a wonderful environment offer great service. But i am looking for an environment which is skill building and is open for fresh ideas and mind challenging.

Excellent

It was nice to work with this people they were like my family. I have learn a lot, most of all I know that determination is thing important at work. I enjoy to have lunch together. My relationship was good we share everything. I was worked day shift and night shift even holidays.

Excellent learning curve

As a cashier I'm responsible for cashing,cleaning the shop as well as windows and assisting merchandisers if not busy.My relationship with coworkers is excellent as we need a strong relationship to make a winning team.I have learnt a lot such as putting the customer first in everything because as workers,we are the face of the company.I enjoy interacting with customers,the relationship that I had with coworkers as well as looking after the shop itself.Sometimes you find yourself with two tills to operate when the other cashier visit the rest rooms.Having to operate a garage and shop till is challenging as you need to be fast and change accurately

Hard working person

I have learnt to be punctual. I have learnt to responsible of my work. I am confidence about my self. I like to have a good relationship with my colegues because it make work to be done easy. I enjoy helping others as far as i can. I enjoy doing my work. I have care for others. The most challenging about work is to have loard of work at a short period of time.

I learned how to service customers

I know how to deal with rude customers, im a hard worker im always on time,discipline also matured,I'm able to work as a group also as individual and I'm also organized.i also can get along with my colleagues and I enjoy working with people who know when we crack jokes. Also know the time to be serious

It was a challenging because we where many but i have learn a lot from them

It was a good company around Randburg Johannesburg ..i was as a secretary m boss was so amazing but always if you want to be on her good books do you jobs.i like working as a team because we share ideas .the good thing about that campang if u work hard they give reward so that u will work more harder that thing keep me going

Hard working person

I'm just a hard working person who is willing to work over time n don't afraid of chaĺlenge that I come across ever smilling person .I learn every since day from other colleague experiencing new things each and everyday
