Excellent learning curve

I love working at Sasol garage have to deal with people learn new things everyday. I have also learned more on how to work as team with my cor-workers, helping each other to meet the vision of the company. Dealing with different suppliers and products has made me gain more knowledge on the retail field.

Good communication with co-workers and working as a team

Good communication with coustomers. Working as a team. Learning more things about the company. Good knowledge and understanding of the company. Good inter-personal and communication and report writing. Ability to work well under pressure while meeting my deadline. Ability to adapt quickly to the new circumstance and always willing to learn.

A good experience in clients service.

Its a wonderful environment offer great service. But i am looking for an environment which is skill building and is open for fresh ideas and mind challenging.

Learning curve

My working experience so far has been a journey. Working with all sorts of characters, managing them but most importantly value. The ability to understand of why am working has been my biggest success. Most importantly to know that I have successfully meet the company's expectations is what I enjoy most as the month ends.

Day before presentation of the Monthly Management Accounts to make sure that I have all the answers for the financial information to be delivered to the Management. Relationship is very smooth because all the source data comes from them to consolidate the management accounts. I have learnt the Independence and to do things right first time , accurate records. All my duties are co-inter-linked with each other , I enjoy every moment when at work. Financial aspect in the business is the most important one because it determines the performance of it. Therefore reliance of the information I provide is upon me. That is a huge challenge that if incorrect information is used then incorrect report will be produced.
