Good leadership skills achieving consistent success
A typical working day comprise engaging staff related to stakeholder meeting requirements, providing needs based business advisory support to clients through mentorship. ensuring all branches are functioning with the relevant resources(such as ICT, Marketing and training materials) available. the other element is to ensure any request or requirement from our stakeholders National etc is provider in the form of consolidated performance statistics and/or Adhoc reports from daily or weekly analysis. engaging finance on procurement related activities and budget updates where needed.
Pros: learnig and challenging enviroment through a diverse clientele

Excellent career grooming
my daily duties are switchboard operation, recieving clients and helping them, registering clients and making them feel at home. I am a very humble person and and have good communication skills that makes it easy for me to have a good working relationship with my coleagues. The company I am temporarily working for (SEDA) have taught me that when you are person you do ne to limit yourself, you have to dream big and go for bigger things. Study more and gather as much education as you can. Ienjoy my day to day working time Ijust need a permanent job. the most challenging thing about my job is when I have to deal with difficult and sturbbon clients.
Pros: Currently there are no permanent jobs so I cannot tell about promotions

Excellent business development exposure
Solving diverse challenges faced by the Branches including network connectivity, marketing the organisation, managing stakeholder relationships and creatingnew networks. In this environment one has to be very adaptive. Workplace is your next home, I have to make it so interesting otherwise my job will so stressful, this will include team buliding initiatives, e.g. Fridays we have a joint lunch with staff; creating fun walk days. Working with a diverse team there will always be something new to learn, embrace the free leasson and grow your knowledge base. I enjoy working with clients and solving their eveday problems or attempting to solve them this assist me in understanding the general business world on a different level. The most challenging part of this job is too demamding as we are assisting business to grow, the better you do the more clients you will have.
Pros: one stand a better chance in starting a business due the information and networks that you are growing everyday
Cons: To be able to do perform this function well, one has to put more time to get more done, 45 hour week doesn't help you have to put extra more hours, of which this could be very strenuous

Accounting Skills put into practice
In my current post as an accountant I monitor and practice sound internal control implementation for my branch and other through Financial control(segregation of duties), provincial payments(Expenditure and Accounts Payable), Assets(All assertions), SCM ( compliance with PPPFA, Internal Procurement policy and CSD) and reporting(Trial Balance and variance analysis). The team with which I presently work have never been qualified.

Less stressful environment
Our mission is to support and develop SMMEs and this involves good character and communication skills ,including information and records management. I enjoy most communicating with clients regarding challenges in their business.We have a strong team in my office and see clients as the main people in the whole organisation.I have learnt many things from the organisation as well, that team leadership is very important in modern days, i have also learned how to communicate with clients efficiently and tactfully .challenging things in my job is compliance and system flow as this involves other parties to play a role. I enjoy working computers a lot and would like to know much more about them.

The Job is Challenging
Assisting,Training and helping SMME's to realise their objectives gives me satisfaction.I am learning almost everyday and meeting different SMME's with different enterprises.
Pros: Good study opportunities
Cons: I am still on contract and wish to be employed permanently. Working hours are norma, the only challange time frames due to geographical location of the office and clients including resources.
