kdjkd • Troubleshooting networks (LAN and Wireless networks) • Setup of VPN on end users • Training and supporting staff on new equipment and applications • Supporting the roll-out of new applications or technology • Upgrading network equipment and hardware • Performing daily server backups • Responsible for Asset User/Hardware movement • Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise • Procurement of IT equipment • Monthly Helpdesk, Server Backup register and User compliance reports

The Job is Challenging

Assisting,Training and helping SMME's to realise their objectives gives me satisfaction.I am learning almost everyday and meeting different SMME's with different enterprises.

Pros: Good study opportunities
Cons: I am still on contract and wish to be employed permanently. Working hours are norma, the only challange time frames due to geographical location of the office and clients including resources.

Excellent

Bursary for employees. Branches in all provinces. Employee benefits not fairly dedicated. Expensive medical aid plan and compulsory, sometimes you cannot even afford them but obliged to take one.

Multi tasking and self learn

Ii have 4 consultants working close with me. every project initiated comes to me for verification. I oversee procurement processes and payment of suppliers. I my colleagues have different personalities. atleast one is very dedicated and disciplined with their work and makes it easy for me to also do my work and reach my due dates. tere is one particulars
