Theres a lot of opportunity to learn and grow ones skills. Personally I had a solid learning experience in marketing and brand managent. The company has a culture of rewarding good work and also making the work place more enjoyable.

SekelaXabiso is a black owned professional services firm. The typical work days includes going to various clients and performing auditing or consultancy engagements.

Pros: Great opportunitites to travel
Cons: little chance of promotion, long overs, not paid on time, company policies only favour the organisation (exploitation of employees)

Ona single day you can think like an auditor to accountant and quickly like a board member. I have seen the new world the world of forensic investigations and supply chain. Today I realize econic trends and market or sectors that needs to be auditoned or reviewed. The advertising world is fun and easy this works it is serious and straight to point . I have support team members that think not like me and find me weird but often want my view on burning issues only because I see the other side of the coin far different from them.
