The good things This company is an absolute pleasure to work for. They treat their staff with respect and equality and i could recommend it enough! The challenges At first learning the job and how to navigate but they make you feel so comfortable and assure you that learning can take a while.

Lack of Employee Support

For the rest of my working life, this has been the worst working experience I have ever experienced in my life. There is no supprt for workers and we are left to fend for ourselves against disgruntled clients. The company is also contravining with many if not few of the Labour Law Act, Labour Relations Act and Basic Condition of Employment. It is drag to go to work.

Experience

i like to meet the dead line, I work well with people with a good customer service. I have gained a lot of experience. i enjoy helping people The most challenging experience is when workers need something that I do not have while I did place an order but I didn't receive the stock

EXPERIMENTAL

I feel like this is a learnership because the people that work same as me get paid double my salary and that really breaks me up I need a company where we treated the same and not be bias and the other data capturers don't even have qualification

Excellent human relation

I am a very self motivated individual who enjoys doing her job. I enjoy learning new things and learning from others. I’m very enthusiastic, creative and never let challenges bring me down but build me instead. Learning Opportunity

working for Select PPE taught me a lot, including how to handle a lot of pressure as I am the only one who has to assist various departments. i have been working for the company almost 3 Years as a pricing administrator. in my 2nd Second year i got Study assistance where I started with my Management Program. I am currently busy with my Middle management (2nd Study course) and looking forward to complete my Advanced Course as well next year.

Good customer service

I am currently working in a mine industry in stores, I work with people from all diferent levels.I have learned to work well with people and acclimatise well in a working environment.zi enjoy working with people with diferent attitude because I have leant to treat everyone equal and with respect.The chalenges I meet is whn the workers dont wana follow the procedure and wants me to sympithise with them to break some rules.
