Its a good start. You work with customers on the daily basis, they treat employees well. You work both day and night shifts. No nenefits. Open to work etra hours if short staffed

Excellent learning experience

Shell garage is one of the top fuel or petroleum engineering company all over the world. This is a great learning curve for me as I kick of my career.

22yrs experience in operation and training, I am a qualified assessors and moderators

He diploma and national cert in OPERA, assessor and moderator with CHIETA, experience as and learning and development manager , the company bus fast growing and has a huge staff complement.

Pros: work independent and a go getter

The most challanging work

as a cashier i work alone in the food section if for example if customer wants a pie HAashie i must serve , coffee machine , baking pies, till shop sales, and manage the fourcot sales also cleaning the floor out toilet is mixed with guys one sometimes idont get to releve my self ryt as a lady because you always find someone int the toilet and dont have time to wait .its challanging

Excelent Developent oppurtunity

I really enjoyed working at Shell,diversity on a larhe scale taught me to be more sensitive to all races.I have deleveloped into the person i today.
