I know my job description and I am excellent
Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Answering of calls. Giving products knowledge to all customers. Selling insurance eg credit life insurance, All risk insurance and extended guarantee. Dealing with customer complaints. Opening accounts for customers. Capturing of customer information on the system. Making sure the floor is up to the company standard. Prispecting. Post courtesy calls.

Good learning curve
I have learnd how manage better and had good understanding in foods, hygiene and to merchandise better. Putting up and planning of promoting, communication between me suppliers. And I really enjoyed team work. With our conomy not doing well and the food prices going up it makes our customers not to be able to afford most of the things that was my challenge. I still think there is a opportunity for growth in this industry if you follow the right channels and work more Hader. With my communication skills I was able to work well with my co-workers thou sometimes we didn't agree with some issues.

Excellent learning curve
I work as a manager I manage and control all daily store operations. I monitor and control all daily expenses and finances within allocated budgets I train, develop, select and manage staff I ensure compliance with policy and procedures of the company I minimise stock loss and stock shrinkages I do banking and check the main safe on daily basis I maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions

Good experience

Excellent learning curve
The Group is doing fine (SHOPRITE) but senior management from Operations managers, are failing to listen to most of my points and they forget LSM differs in all areas and to succeed in Bussiness you must match LSM and excellent in service build up a family with customers.

Excellent learning curve
Good platform for hard workers, as they are rewarded with promotions. Long working hours for management, good pay and bonus when you reach your sales budget. Good employees to work around though staff members' salaries are so low,they must improve their them in order to enjoy longevity of their employees. Senior management(regional) not supportive of branch management. They are losing good managers because of their outdated management principles.
