Learned how handle different attitude and tricks that employees can bring to me.how to handle them while taking no sided.working hard is one of the major aspect that a should maintain always. You loose it , you loose your future as well.therefore prosperity lies in ones hands and mind

Extensive work experience both in Human Resources and the Operations

I am 52 years old, currently employed by a large deep level gold mining company as the Human Capital Manager at one of the Business Units. The unit employs 2600 employees made up of 260 officials. I am part of the management team responsible for the effective management of the business unit as well as the head of the human resources function. I have been employed by this company for 33 years , 18 years in the Environmental Control Department , 10 years as Environmental Unit Manager . My extensive experience will make me the most suitable candidate for this position .

Good hard worker

Working as a plant fitter maintaining pumps,conveyor belts,linear screens and helping at the milling section with high and low pressure pumps.i have a good working relationship with my co workers.

Great working experience

working at Sibanye Stillwater was one of my greatest working experience. I was able to learn alot especially as a mining diploma student iwas able to understand the practical dimensions of mining and its operations. Constantly working under pressure and producing great results at the end of every shift
