i had a great employer who always listened to employees and was ready to help an improve people all the time. A lot of reporting which kept the work interesting and enjoyable

Hard working brings great results

I am a very energetic person who always lead by example. I believe culture and vision are the keys in a business. Understanding your team always make operational very easy as every person come from a different background with different experiences. Humility, Honesty and pantuality says it all. A fast learner who always leave a room for improvement.

Pros: I believe on selling service than meals
Cons: Am used to working long hours

Excellent learning curve

I have a proffessional cookery course diploma. I have worked in kitchens cooking food for 450 people per day. Management exsperience for 4years different companies, doing food cost, payroll controling staff, orders, handeling customer complains, manage the store on my own for 7months no help. Im a hard worker and willing to learn very quickly. I dont like staying out of work or have any bad habbits drinking or smoking. Im a christian, like to attend my church on Sundays if i can and also have leader positions in my church. Leaning everyday about higiene and cleanliness i also know the importance of it.

Pros: Great oppitunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Willing to learn

Every day it is the same routine which is a little boring but I get veering done that needs to. about 3 months ago I was pit in charge of the kitchen at first the staff would listen to what I said but in time we developed a relationship and all is well

Excellent learning curve

A typical working day was simple but had a lot of people to report to, so the chain of communication wasnt really up to scratch as info would get to the last person distorted. Co workers were really eager to work and improve their lives as much as the company through good service. Lesson learnt was very good team work and knowing your product very well as it meant that service was sped up an no delays instore with quality food The most challenging aspect was getting recognition for you efforts and achievements as it felt more like the ops managers and head office staff were racial and not fair in discharging their duties

Pros: it was a good leaning curve
Cons: more of racially based promotion than work performance related

I'm so not looking forward to work with Revenesh my Boss you listen to wrong information about your workers and conclude them then you fire the without informed
