Great learning experience

I have been with the Smollan group for 14 years, broke service for a year and returned and am here currently for a year. The first time i started at the rockface and and worked my way up to a regional level and left.

Pros: Good benefits, stability and security.
Cons: Long working hours, too much change too quickly , very stressful

Good work exposure

The most exciting thing about my job is that its unpredictable but based on that we have good working culture whereby the support each employee gives to other is encouraging. The a lot of challenges that comes with the job . But i must say good work ethics that one has learned.

Work independently, great learning curve, working as group, learned how to supervise group

It all depends on the days,some are busy some are quite, But u learn to come up with ways of making sales, and giving the best customers service. You learn to build a good relationship with co workers and seniors but being reliable and respectful. Learn to always look presentable, communication is vital and honesty, Loving what you do, you will love your job, and meeting new different people everyday. Most challenging part is when you cant reach your targets, it put pressure.

Pros: You learn how to handle with different people,.
Cons: No room for growth

Brilliant working skill

hi. my name is derick i work 8 hrs in the company it was good experience to have compare by the way i was before .i really like it there but i felt like i need to grow as man who have the personal growth.i am not say i knw to much it that i believe that i will appreciate to be your part of tou team.as i still want to grow too

Excellent working

Ihi have learnt to respect each other,makes friendship with customers and also my colleagues it's because I take them as a family Everytime I'm with them and even customers cause I see same face , and i learnt to work at storage about fifo, damage stock removing ,count stock , clean up shelves from shop to stock room , I have learnt a lots

Project delivered on time and in budget.

A typical day at work would include meetings, Workshops, Updates, Stakeholder management, planning and Risk management. The project was planned for a 6 month deployment without any customization, Including Sage X3 BMS and Sage X3 People.

Great working with different peoples and share ideas with different cultures management

Working in smollan group is a great company and we had some good management and learning more in retails and wholesale industry. It a good people's in the company and gives more information on operation and handle staffs and clients to meet the deadline and targets given to the business it a challenge.

Pros: The smollan group they give offers for the staffs to get promoted according to the performance
Cons: The minimum hours is set to be 8 hours a day and for the deadline to be met timeously. ...it up to individual to set the goals and targets
