Excellent company to gain an all round experience in my preferred career path

I thoroughly love my job and company that I work for. I enjoy working with and building relationships with people from all levels within the business. There is however lack of growth opportunities within the Westen Cape

Giving the best service possible to the clients. Being passionate about what do. Honest at all times. Trusting my colleague, open and honest communication and feeling safe to share ideas without fear of being judged. Taking challenges, without fear of failure, since I believe failure is a great teacher. I enjoy dealing with customers as I continue to b creative and professional. Having sense of urgency. Challenging aspects of the job is making sure that you do not take things personal, switch my emotional intelligence.

Good company except #merchandising services.

Smollan Group is an excellent company to get into. Only problem aspect is #merchandising services because as field staff our clients can be demanding etc uses the field staff as if it is there own. In other words we do our duties plus we have to do other duties that they feel they can assign to us that not even part of our agreement with the smollan group.

Pros: 13th cheque if u are a permanent employee
Cons: Long working hours

It's always great working with people and having huge responsibility like salaries and etc...

It's a huge organisation that educates one to approach different types of sales people and how to manage staff and time management is u huge factor as after hours is required to collate daily feedback and put PowerPoint presentation together as a standard of feedback.

Cons: You need to available 24/7 to deal with satff management

Excellent learning curve

It is a excellent Company to work form they just need to look at the Senior manager at the Business Uints on the office level as they do not live the same values as the Smollan Family.

Cons: Only work 5days a week
