My name is Tebogo Maloba, I am an introvert, have a strict personality, relate well with people, even though people are afraid of us because they say we dismiss people. I respect time and honour people who honour time. I don't like working with lazy people. hate office politics. I am a very honest lady. I am born again and a pastor as well.
Pros: i enjoy working at Social Development because i started my internship, worked as secretary and now i am currently working as a Labour Relations Officer. the Department has developed me. i have learned how to work with difficult people. to train staff on theme based information session

Good
I would like to work with this company because I'm willingness to work and learn different job. I'm very patience person I like to work with people I'm team player and I've ability to work under pressure. I'm very committed to work and reach deadline.I'm also interested in joining this company because I've realise that i can work harder and it grow faster than other companies. And I want gain more experience, show the company my skills and I'm very friendly with working with different people, because working together we can do more

Skills Enhancement Space
I enjoy working with people, colleagues and broader clientele. I take keen interest in group discussions and consultation with colleagues. I take learning from groups or individuals at work seriously. Moreover, I believe in personal training and development. My deep passion lies in getting things done through people and with people in a pure spirit of teamwork and company vision and mission. Challenge arise when colleagues reject change in the organization and affect strategic relevance of the company in the industry or sector.

A great experience of a lifetime
Working at my last employment was very intetesting. The working environment was charged, it was a juvenile facility for children in conflict with the law, an institution of the Department of Social Development. As an Assistant-Director, HR Finance and Suply chain who reported directly to the HOD, my typical day started with me going from block to block to assess the building, get a report of night security guards, check on the kids 's welfare and night staff members attendance and make notes for a day's report. I had huge responsibilities and challenging ones but enjoyed every moment since it was an excellent learning curve for me. I learned so much from this job since this involved Social workers and i was exposed to their functions

Less payment working too much but learning lot of things. Meeting lots of challenges through community mobilizations, assiting youth to start community cooperatives assist those wjo want to further their studies

DOING GENERAK WORK SUCH AS FILLING, PHOTOCPHYING, FAXING, STAPING, PUNCHING, AND RECEIPTING 1 CUSTOMER/ CLIENTS ASSISTANCE- TELEPHONE, FACA TO FACE OR EMAIL 2 ARRANGING ATTEENDING MEETING- NOTICE OF MEETING, PREPARE AGENDA, ALSO TALKING MINUTES MY COLEGUES HAVE FULL OF LOVE AND I ENJOY ALOT TO WORK WITH THEM. I LEARN HOW TO BE PATTIENTS WITH CLIENTS/ CUSTOMERS AND THE WAY OF BEHAVIOR IN THE WORKPLACE. I ENJOY ALOT TO FACE THE COMPUTER ALL THE TIME
