We learn lot of this as we deal with different challenges every day
Less payment working too much but learning lot of things. Meeting lots of challenges through community mobilizations, assiting youth to start community cooperatives assist those wjo want to further their studies

Excellent learning opportunities
arrive and start working .begin to prepare all documents if all is stamped switch computer on startup system.i was a n intern so i was exposed to alot of different sections within the department.ive learnt so much eg flet management,switchbord,customer serivice,supply chain manegement there policy and procedures.friendly environment.enjoyable part friendly people.

Interesting because we were helping people with skills that make their living better.
Socila development help people who are vulnerable. empowering women and helping young people who are not employed to start small business that will lead them to generate money which will make them to be independent people.

Best and challenging
Best working environment. Team work makes productive work.. Collegues and management are always available. Monthly meetings makes it easly and fun to work ad issues that arises are addressed immediately.
