Working with different entities, medical aid schemes, health risk management, other government services. The organization is too diverse and requires that all employees are catered for and this can pose a challenge as some are difficult to reach. Lack of communication from Senior at pose a challenge as one does not know what to do if there are pertinent issues needing their attention . There is also a lot of favouritism practiced which renders some of us become demoralized

Excellent environment
The environment is relaxed and allows one to learn new things and study new areas. Working hours are flexible. Co workers are easy to work with,whereas others can go all the way to spoil your day. On a daily basis one is able to trouble shoot. Due to lack of resources,one gets to have a backlog,so workload doesnt reduce. Management doesnt interact with juniors on serious matters and this lowers productivity.

Experienced Officer
South African Police services as a South African Government structure responsible for ensuring safety and security of the State and citizens, to safeguard against foreign attacks, to combat and fight crimes within the borders. It relies on the law that governs the state and it is managed and controlled by representatives that are elected by the President of the country as the head of the state.

Excellent learning curve
As this was my first official job, I was absolutely excited. Like all government departments, the South African Police Services also has its own issues but they try by all means to rectify them as amicably as possible

I have a National Diploma in Accounting from Tshwane University of Technology and currently studying part time Advanced Diploma in Accounting Science at University of South Africa. I have an experience of Administration Clerk from The Foschini Group and currently working as a trainee Internal Auditor at SAPS in Nelspruit.

Hard working.
My industry is safety and security and is at evaton area.It employs an overall staff with numbers 100 to 200 recruits every year.They are turned into police officers after completion of one year training.

A great learning opportunity
It’s an 8 hours of making sure that we help pay the police for their extra hours. I work well with my colleagues in helping achieve the day to day goals. I have learnt to work under pressure and to do the task as efficiently as possible because salaries closes The most challenging factor is when the police being their paper work that are incorrect and we have to keep telling them over and over again o. What they should do

Hard worker and obeys the company rules.like to go for courses relating to work and travel if the position requires.I have a ec drivers license which i obtained in 2007
