I actually review process flows and process maps, i device better ways of using workers and machines, i apply lean, eliminate wasteful activities, i do total quality management, I do observations per station and try to improve the current ways of operating to a better one/continuous improvement. I like interacting with my colleagues, both office and floor colleagues. It makes the day worth spent at work. Together we are a strong team. I like it when I involve them especially when I'm about to implement something new on the operational floor. They always give their opinions with a open heart and I make sure I take those opinions and use them to my advantage.

Turning around the Post Office to return to profitability which is both challenging and exciting.
My typical work day starts with checking emails and meetings for the day that I check a day before so that I prepare myself. I have a meeting with my Executive for Sales to check on urgent activities that I need to attend to and where he needs assistance with Board and EXCO presentations. I will follow up on outstanding activities that team has not completed via emails. My relationship with co-workers is very professional. I have learnt in my current company is marketing in a different industry wherein mail is slowly declining and being replaced by digital solutions and have to provide the market with the new digital solutions. I am part of the team that is turning around the Post Office to return to profitability. I enjoy the implementation of digital solutions that is underway for the market which is going to reposition the Post Office in the minds of consumers. Implementing change is the most difficult task.
Pros: team work and being a change agent for the Post Office without resources to support you
Cons: employees resisting change, no support from HR, slow implementation of crucial activities, long and tediuos process to get signatures

I am a very hardworker and very good in enhancing and optimization.
I am a team leader for about 5 team members. I am very proactive type of person. I enjoy working of different projects than day to day routine tasks The most challenging aspect in the line of my job is I have to be available 24\7 365 days a year for standby.

Great opportunities for learning
I was working in a big company with lots of people but trust me I did liked my job very well,the working hours per day where enough for me,I even go home early to take of my family.my Collegue were super cool we worked as a team.i have learnt so much at that company especially Sap system as it was a first time I heard and work using it.i was enjoying preparing the bank recon for the month end as it was a challenging kind of.

Great place to get hands on experience
I am currently deputed as a Solutions Architect at Postbank (South African Post Office). I hold b.tech in Information Technology, ITIL v3 Foundation,CCNA, CCDA, MCP, MCDST and MCSE. Having over 10 years’ experience as in Information Technology, I have extensive LAN support,server administration, networking, report writing and Communication skills. The most challenging part of my job is to incorporate different technologies i work on daily. I have always been motivated by the opportunity to grow and sense of responsibility and I am able to work both independently and in a team.

Stagnant growth opportunity
The family based culture of care and guidance is great, yet the opportunity for personal growth is rare due to various factors. The more you know the more work is given to you at the expense of your health and time. Generally a positively enjoyable place to work at.

Good and self growth environment
I’m a young female with a Horns Degree in Industrial Psychology and also carry with me a vast amount of experience in the field of HR. I have experience in administration, recruitment and selection, ER/IR, talent and succession and payroll. I also carry with me advance computer skills ranging from Micro Soft Word to MYSAP_HR. I’m an outgoing, focused and willing individual. I’m willing to learn and grow my career to the best professional level possible. In order to grow I’m willing relocate anywhere within RSA should there be a need. I am available all day in case there will be further information that you might require from me.
