I learned a lot since I got here. I got exposed to two units within Financial Accounting
Work environment is conducive. I get to meet with clients. Relations with colleagues is professional but the challenging part is that I am expected to collect from the poor
Pros: I am not too far from home
Cons: Room for growth is not big enough for all of us and it comes after a very long time.

I am a self motivated individual who enjoy my work and always punctual
I enjoy every moment of my time at work and interact with all line managers at all time to ensure service delivery to all my clients. I have also learned that well motivated staff happen to increase production at all times. Every activity of the job need to be addressed in time to avoid skipping set time lines which will hamper planned delivery of services.
Pros: It will be an honor for me to be given an opportunity to prove my potential in your company
Cons: I am prepared to dedicate most of my time to the tasks that will be offered to me and prepared to work for long hours to ensure that the company achieve its objectives

Excellent learning Curve
The Sassa organization is a great well of knowledge, the processes and people whom I get to help are a vital part of our society. Through implementation of the administrative processes, Batho Pele principles, teamwork with colleagues and support from management, I am able to move my nation, my society forward.

Currently i am acting manager
• Provision of a technical and administrative support and maintaining clear communication practices with internal and external stakeholders. • Assess the effect of the work environment and other internal factors on the behaviour of individuals. • Counsel workers about job and career-related issues. • Develop and implement employee selection and placement programs. • Analyse data, using statistical methods and applications, in order to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs. • Deal with ministry, Social Media (Sassa Facebook and Twitter enquiries and radio interview), NGO’s, politicians, individuals, other department, other directorates and sub directorates. • Provide effective supervision and development of personnel within the sub-directorate. • Analyse and make recommendations on the optimal utilization of staff and other resources. • Implement improvement opportunities (bottlenecks and multiple handovers).

dealing with different people has broadened my knowledge and leadership skills in terms of patience, approach, problem-solving and has taught me how to be more responsible/ accountable and respect other people’s views/ opinions. This had also taught me how to cope under tremendous pressure, as you have to stay focused and satisfy your entire customers, this goes hand in hand with proper planning and analyzing the needs of our customers. This has also taught me how to communicate effectively with others as I am handling different customers on a daily basis. It has also helped, as I was already familiar with handling a lot of people with different attitudes. The experience has prepared me to be able to lead by example, plan my daily tasks, be organized all the time and set myself achievable objectives. Most importantly I always learn from others and my own mistakes.
Pros: great opportunity to work with the most humble people.
Cons: unethical and improper approach when dealing with clients.

Excellent learning cuvre
I work in an open area office interaction with co-workers is always intact, we work as a team with a positive relationship with my Manager and senior manager as well. I have learned that time management, team contribution and humbleness is key. Working as a team and learning different ways of doing things from teammates it is the highlight of my work which i enjoy the most. Actually my challenging part is the work itself because I prefer a challenging Job so i can learn as much as possible and contribute positively towards achieve organisational objectives individually and collectively.

Learning Curve
Working on this company I like the communication that I have with the users while helping them with what they need regarding to setting up their laptops, troubleshoot the network, printers and scanners as well. The relationship that I have with the co-workers is very flexible and professional too, they are the easy people to work with.

A typical day at my office, planning and execution on a daily basis is my strategy.
A typical day at my office, Begin the day with checking emails, and review my to do list for the day. Prioritizing is key, any urgent but important matters are attended to first, followed by the important and the ones not urgent will be attended to the following day. Open plan is the structure of our office, we all have different roles but together working towards the same goal of ensuring service delivery is attained.
Pros: It is young and vibrant and business oriented as it is a government agency.
Cons: Not much room for promotion

Is to my my business and do what i allocated to do by my superiors
I work 8hrs a day per week i am having a good relationship with collegues and supervusors i learnt how to work with people and to work . as team ,to meet dealines and do the monthly targets I like working as a team The most challenging part is to do monthly reporst bt i always overcome that challenge and be the best employee
Pros: If i was a permanent staff i would recieve promotion
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long i will meet my targets
