I am a confident and articulate individual with commended ability to work with others to achieve set outcomes. I am a young yet mature college leaver with developed employability skills and personal attributes that support the transition from education. I have completed my N6 in management assistant. Leadership and communication skills developed and demonstrated through engagement in volunteering, I’m a motivated individual keen to obtain experiential training learning in management assistant with the organization. Key strength includes strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

What I enjoy the most
My work is challenging and interesting at the same time because I met new faces every semester as I am facilitating and Lecturing, I enjoy every aspect of what I do since I believe that teaching is my calling.

Good learning experience
We work only weekdays. we get get along very very well and the staff is friendly and welcoming. work experience, how to treat people. capturing data. dealing with people who are stubborn.

I have learned so much during that period of time.
I was a friendly person especially with the clients and my core workers, I alwys put my bad emotions aside so that no one can see whether am angry or happy.

Everyday Learning
A typical day would be when theres a loop and it is disturbing the network, troubleshooting and finding the loop can be a job but while at it , it gives you time to know more about the cabling around the building . My colleagues were sometimes a handful since most of them were old people but thsi taught me to be patient and persevere . I enjoyed solving their problems and their quires .

Human Resource internship
Working hours was 7:30-16:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Dialy routine assisting any managerial on daily basic. Assisting PS staff and lectures. Professional behaviour; management skills; Customers service. Being with the meeting with the SMT board. Working inline with the DHET. Most challenging task was being in the meetings of disciplinary hearing.

Excellent learning
It was good working at South West Gauteng College. I was doing data Capturing. My relationship with my co-workers was good we were even helping each other so we can achieve same goal. What I've learn is that for you to achieve you need to work hard. A challenge was Capturing lot of students.

Good learning curve
U get experience in many fields i work as a network technician, desktop technician n also server and working here its hard since its a college and it has 15 labs of laptops and when students are writing computer u have move around all those labs if the is problem in one of labs and the is only two ICT technicians
