Good learning curve

U get experience in many fields i work as a network technician, desktop technician n also server and working here its hard since its a college and it has 15 labs of laptops and when students are writing computer u have move around all those labs if the is problem in one of labs and the is only two ICT technicians

Im a working proffesional person who always deliver work duties on time.

I am a person who always deliver job on time, who always can work under pressure as am working as receptionist and assisting Exam officer with issuing certificates and statements of results to students. Working and connecting with people is what I like as am the face of the College. I'm people`s person and I get to know people easily and I am a dominant person. I have learned working motives and how a person should behave at work and being professional at any circumstances as I work mostly with external clients.

Pros: Great opprtunity of learning
Cons: The pressure from students during regitration times.

It is very good work at the company i am currently working ,Because they give a person enough experience that a person might be in need for to go and look for another jobs that are available in the industries .Assist to manage the financial processes and procedures of finance directorate including the accounts, financial planning, budgets, systems and reporting on budget variances cost control and cost analysis programmed. Assist with the costing of strategic planning. Assist with cash flow management. Assist with expenditure control and budgetary process. Liaise with clusters department

Pros: yes i can became a financial officer to the one of the branches

Excellent learning

I was working at the administration department I was doing data capturing, stock counting for bookshop. The relationship with my co-workers was because we were even helping each other for us to achieve a business goal. What I have learn is that you need to work hard, be determine and focus also able to work with a team for you to achieve a business goal and able to grow within the business

I was great to work at SWGC COLLEGE because i get experience

It's was great and helpful to work at SWGC COLLEGE because i learn more things from other people and i gain more experiences from them and they know how to treat new staff. I was more comfortable to work with them because i like to communicate with people so enjoy to work in that industry.I learn to work with many people and i learn on how to handle different types of people, because some other days i was facing with challenges from students,parents and the staff as i was working at big environment.

Pros: I will became more professional in this industry of administration
Cons: Working extra hours its helping because you make more income

It's a very demanding sector requiring commitment and unselfishness.

My typical day at work involves amongst others interaction with students , colleagues and managers , sometimes parents of students and other stakeholders. My relationship with colleagues has to be very professional and respectful as it involves learners and stakeholders. I've learnt to be very humble as it involves someone's future and ultimately the country as a whole. I really enjoy working with people of different characters and integrity which help one to grow and develop into a better someone. A lot of challenges come with meeting different personalities all the time and the innovation that is associated with it

Great job experience

The job offers me a great learning experience and offers me a direct connection to the engineering industry , allowing me to to be able demonstrate my full potential and creativity whilst having being able to to to earn a little bit of money whilst doing so. The fellow colleagues are a complete pleasure to work with and the assist me at any given moment to that of which I may require their assistance regarding the work that is at hand.
