• Advise on, facilitate, execute and implement the applicable HR practices, policies and procedures relating to disciplinary cases, grievance, consultations and conflict and dispute resolution, absence management, identifying risks and provide assistance with preventative measures • To Monitor policies and procedures, regulations that are in place, in practice, system is working and compliances • Prepare case documents for CCMA/CDR, Labour Court cases • Represent the company and present cases at CCMA/CDR and present argument and evidence and aggravation • Ensure compliance with Labour Legislation such as Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Compensation for Occupational Health & Safety Act, etc. • Provision of dedicated IR advisory service to management, line managers and employees regarding discipline, grievances, labour relations, employment equity and transformation. • Managing BDM and AMT employment agencies on all level of IR risks

They Taught me What i know about Site Today
Our Bonus 1nce a year depends on our Shifts worked and our Leave Applications, There isalways incentives if the guys do not want to work but on Client Request it was Easy, My Employees Direct Field Labour and Indirect Field Labour i had a strong Connection with because of i was handlingg all site Documentation which i loved my work every day they Respected me for what i do and how much hours i put into my work, My Company has taught me alot , well i have started at southey medupi, not Knowing anything on a plant or units, the Upskilled me after a yer to Planning Assistant, i have moved to planning and my Senior got taken away to i had to swim by myself or Drown , Most Challenging was Prima Vera , Ms Projects, Seeing the Client due to Eskom Backcharge, Outages I love my Company but it is Contract Work and Unfortunatly we have to search for Other Vacancies
Pros: They have given me a opportunity that i have not seen myself Getting it it was tough but i had to swim from start or Drown

Learnt a lot working here,independent and confident in what I do, I enjoy learning new things.
A typical work day includes submitting reports to our client, dealing with employees queries, assisting the employees with all their induction bookings. Keeping employee files up to date, booking employees hours, sending and receiving transmittal, keeping registers up to date. Assisting manager with requests such as scanning and sending e-mails or typing out documents, picking up paint as needed at the factory, dropping off material on site, ordering material and paint as needed. Keeping the files in order and up to date. sometimes my manager sends me to town to buy office stationary, every Friday I submit the vehicle mileages to head office and every month I submit an hourly breakdown of all the hours worked, keeping requisition registers up to date to see what we have in the stores and make sure that we have enough equipment to do the job. Reconciliation of pay queries, handing out the payslips ever fourth night. Also doing any general admin duties that my manager requires.
Pros: We get to work overtime and then have a long weekend which is great because then I can go home.
Cons: We work on site so its dirty and we don’t have a bathroom that is clean.

Excellent learning curve for me that does welding inspection rather than insulation inspection.
To Whom It May Concern, When the components I was hired to inspect were complete and installed into Boiler my next learning curve was lagging and cladding insulation. On a normal typical day lagging would be installed and I would be called out by foreman to carry out initial inspection and ensure correct size and thickness of thermal wool is to Client specification and request Client inspection before giving the go ahead of IBR's to be installed. Having a good relationship with fellow employees ensures that a message is sent across to them to have work done correctly(first time right). It was a great benefit for me to learn this type of inspection and master it now I am equipped to do two types of inspection. The most challenging aspect for me was understand the whole purpose of this type of inspection and also have to combine it with my type of inspection and it was a great enjoyment being given the opportunity. My Company review.

Safety Talk. Complete DSTI form. Relationship is good. To have a good safety management system in place. To work with team than individual. To change employee mindset to be safety driven.

Cons: Depending on client but mostly its normal working hours, 9 hour shift.

Good learning curve
It is the best company to work for, the is growth, normal working hours plus paid overtime, managers are good people to work with,always enjoyed to work with my coworkers, always happy to learn about new things, i don't fear challenges or change,i am always ready for any action in life.

I love my career path and I am passionate about advising and helping my colleagues.
I enjoy my job. I love travelling and love being part of something so demanding. I have learned to be patient and consider that there are still many Contractors out there, that are not very knowledgeable on legislation and requirements thereof. I make it my mission to give my best.
