HR Manager and IR Manager
• Advise on, facilitate, execute and implement the applicable HR practices, policies and procedures relating to disciplinary cases, grievance, consultations and conflict and dispute resolution, absence management, identifying risks and provides assistance with preventative measures • Monitors policies and procedures, regulations that are in place, in practice, system is working and compliances • Prepares case documents for CCMA/CDR, Labour Court cases • Represents the company and present cases at CCMA/CDR and present argument and evidence and aggravation • Ensures compliance with Labour Legislation such as Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Compensation for Occupational Health & Safety Act, etc.

Quick learner, adapt easily
Great working in new inviroments, once work commences it's on going, great understanding with all employees friendly I've learnt to work closely with others also about peoples at risk behaviours, I enjoy how the company embraces me and incorporates my new ideas I bring, I think the most challenging part of my job is to change to change people behaviour to safe working conditions

I work very well with my colleagues the communication is excellent. I respect everyone around me. I've gained more experience and expanding myself. My expertise are high.

Great opportunity for White collars
Teaches a lot of patience and understanding of workers as a white collar employee (management level) Always following union rules and treating your juniors like they are children which is rather challenging. Working each time the employees request to work and not getting paid but having the project move on.
Pros: Great experience as it is the biggest power station in the southern hemisphere

Challenging and rewarding
Gained exceptional experience in HR having developed and implemented systems and procedures to effectively manage a large number of employees. Strict adherence to legislative guidelines and moved on to manage the commercial department as well.

Good opportunity especially in safety and learn more of boiler making which is good
It's a very challenging job to do but it teaches more about safety,and you get to work on heights so safety comes first.the job it's all about covering the pipes with lagging and sheets so must be properly trained and competent to do the job

Professionalism, team work and handling customers
Handling meetings for my direct reporting managers and leaving office alone. Team worker, enjoyed helping my co-workers and our customers,make sure they are happy and understand on behalf of Managers when they are unavailable. To handle queries telephonically and internally, good team work and professionalism and making sure everybody in the work environment are happy. Helping customers, co-workers and my Managers including arranging events and getting "thank you messages" Arrived to work with unplanned scheduled for department and diary of my Managers.

I am a hard worker
I am a hard worker, and i love the work that I am doing. I am willing to learn more and take every oppertunity that comes my way to learn more. I am n good brothers keeper for my co workers
