It was a great learning opportunity as i did accounting at first then opened the Tops Store and managed it for two years and then moved to the Spar where i did all functions of a manager including IR and HR as well as Q-pro, e learning, guest training, CCMA hearings, etc

Communication improved.
I learned how to attentively listen to a person before I speak. I learned that anything that is achieved it's only through hard work and putting in more time at it.

Dedicated hard working person
I have a baking qualification and experience with skills and knowledge and I.do work well people and I like to hear and share ideas with my co-workers I enjoy baking and working in the bakery sector as I have the experience and knowledg typical working day it's when you try to help or share I what you have with someone and not go well I learn that people some are difficult and can't be mean to one other

Customer service
Working for my company is actual nice. Because I don't have a specific job I work at the production as well as serving the customers. Having to serve customers is what I enjoy the most because you got to deal with different types of customers and you got to solve their enquiries should any have them. At my company we work as as a team and that a very excellent idea because we all have the same goal. But what I am currently doing there it a 1 year learnership and I don't get to put my academic knowlde in to action. And I wish to get a company that is free to help me do that and grow as an individual while adding valua to the company.

challenges are part of day to day duties. and it laterally became my strength. controlling people is as simple as leading and supervising to a common goal and it was my best motto of working.

Good place
Good working place I encourage others to work there energetic stuff members all the time time they know how to manage customers and stuff members,I have learnt lot of skills there and most importantly how to manage customers I enjoyed the vibe most of the time everyone is always happy.
