Excellent learning curve
I have been receiving manager for 7 months with a forklift license, i have been moved to perishable manager and have been doing this since and i would like to improve myself due to the fact that growth is very limited.
Pros: Working in retail is always busy and you keep learning every day

I gain a lot of experience like to know gross profit
Sometimes it very hard when we don't do the budget of the day But I really enjoy to work with the team cos u get diffan I learn a lot of things in the company like to calculate the gross profit an do the stock take an what I enjoy the most is to is to see everything going as we plan as managment like to see the floor clean aan shelf full of items. The most challenging about my job is dealing with the customer sometimes u get hard customer erent ideas

Assistant Shop Manager
Open and closing procedures. Receiving of stock. Managing a floor with heads of departments. Example dry goods and perishables, bakery and hot foods. Production time is important to ensure customers can buy product as early as possible to ensure growth in certain department.ver tRops.

Dedicated hard working person
I have a baking qualification and experience with skills and knowledge and I.do work well people and I like to hear and share ideas with my co-workers I enjoy baking and working in the bakery sector as I have the experience and knowledg typical working day it's when you try to help or share I what you have with someone and not go well I learn that people some are difficult and can't be mean to one other
