It was a great opportunity to work tfg it was a great experience not only as admin clerk , was also a cahier and shift runner i gained a lot of experience through out this 11 years.

Great experience and excellent learning curve.

I got yo learn more on giving the best customer service, being able to acquire administrative skills as well as operating the point of sale (cash desk) payments entry sales and credit notes. Managing of various departments, housekeeping and replenishment of new merchandise. The most important aspect I've learnt is how to deal with different personalities and how to handle conflict within the work place I mostly enjoy doing the administration on a daily basis, and assisting customers with their queries . I look forward to making customers happy each day because happy customers equals healthy turnover for the business.

Intriguing journey

I got good customer service Good eye in spotting talent Learned to adhere to company policies Very good in understanding product knowledge Ive learned to understand the importance of budget and profit Typical day when customer come with persona problem and being able to deal with it good customer device I enjoy working with staff that have same vision as of the company I'm challenged by dishonesty.

Excellent learning covers

I wil be happy when you get my cv and after you call me back to interview ,im hard work i wil do the best work for the company so that we as company get more customers. I'm willing to take care for this job so that I can support my family. Good working curve

Sportscene was all about having fun at work,the employer wanted us to have fun at work so that means living what you do and doing it with passion,I gave good customer services and there were lot of challenges but no complains coz if you tell yourself that I need a job and am going to make sure that I do my level best at it and I exell in everything then you can do it

Very good

Very effective environment to work into ;it teachers a person to do many things at the same time learn to participate in many department.the employees are always energetic; the long hours made me learn to plan my day what to do when I get to work so I can leave the work place 100%.the most challenging part is when I came across a difficult customer who knows everything.

Excellent service job

I loved my job and my co-workers. I was treating them like family. I have learned a lot from the company I worked for. The most challenged was when we not making our target we had to drive each and every sale we making to make sure we doing our target.

Great room for growth

Working with 15 staff a day. Typical day would be informing staff of expectations for the day.what each person needs to do. Assting all customers who walk through our doors and making sure they leave happy and will return. Challages we face include power failure that's puts alot of strain on the business as we face technical problems.sometimes having to chases customer as purchases not going.had a lot of these now in October.we make it a mission to resolve all issues that out customers have.I have learnt that working with people reqiures a lot of patience .both customers and staff

Pros: one can apply at any of the foshini group stores, great opprtunity for all to grow
Cons: Working in town.we have lots of movement around us.thieves are also a big problem for us
