Incredible learning experience
If were to have it any other way, i wouldn't have seen the need to apply anywhere else and remain at my current organisation. However, my needs' damands are not met with my minimum salary alone. My co-workers and I share an unbelievably good relationship, as well as my superiors. We are able to successfully meet our daily goals of productivity. With them i learnt a lomost importantly how to work with people and ensuring satisfactory services.

I have learned to have a good work relationship with my colleagues and also I've learned to work
It's very challenging working with different customers, it needs patience and understanding of people and their needs. It's very tiring because of the customer is always right rule
Pros: You learn a lot of things, learn to work under pressure and also train your mind to be active with calculations. You improve your sales and retail skills. You gain the ability of working over time
Cons: It's very challenging to work over time, there are actually no weekends since we usually get day offs during the week. It's also very challenging during festive seasons since people be coming in numbers to shop for the festive season, during the time we usually get only a day for offs coz it's a very busy time of the year

Good experience
Relationship with workers is good as we firm a family, working hour are long sometimes as we don't have a specific time to knock off. But it was great experience as I learned how to communicate with others as well as customers

Its a huge step to go from a permanent employee to Floor Supervisor(manager).
its a fast company with alot of employees.if worked with more than 5 managers and area managers.some of them are great to worked with n some not so much but its normal. I love working with people,meeting new poeple and doing new things.new challenges im not afraid of.co workers is the same as the managers and area managers and like i said before its normal.the salary was not great because i was a floor supervisor but did a managers job.the hours was ok because im not afraid to work.

Learning curve
Customer Service(Assisting customers with queries and fulfilling a selling function), Cashier(Processing payments, refunds, exchanges). Assisting with merchandising, stock control and housekeeping as required. Opening and closing the store . Cashing up. And other duties as and when reasonably required.

Great opportunity to work for tfg.
It was a great opportunity to work tfg it was a great experience not only as admin clerk , was also a cahier and shift runner i gained a lot of experience through out this 11 years.

Sale assistance
Sell sneaker. Do account for customers. Customer service. Assist customer by point of sale. Do promotion when we have a promo. Sell sneaker cleaner explain to the customer how was a sneaker cleaner Work. Tell a customer about our new product we have and sell to them. I enjoy to work with people. With my co worker we build a good relationship we work as team

Great room for growth
Working with 15 staff a day. Typical day would be informing staff of expectations for the day.what each person needs to do. Assting all customers who walk through our doors and making sure they leave happy and will return. Challages we face include power failure that's puts alot of strain on the business as we face technical problems.sometimes having to chases customer as purchases not going.had a lot of these now in October.we make it a mission to resolve all issues that out customers have.I have learnt that working with people reqiures a lot of patience .both customers and staff

Strong and Mindful. reaching target sales open and honest relationship with colleagues no task is too difficult for me i enjoy the interaction with customers and colleagues
