1 never argument with customer 2 good, we take care for ur self teach each other 3 I learn a lot , things like to observe the crime when I posted 4 at work I don't enjoy most all the time im busy helping the client on the complex 5 when I report the problem of the complex to the seniors

Cons: is good for to work for stallion security as guard. most of the time my manager listen to me just as im on them. even when u apply for leave the will approve it. even when u get difficult for ur home they will help you. I started working at this company 10 years back

My work experience and my challenges
I've been my company since 2013 and I'm really enjoying the environment and also my colleques. I'm working 8 hours a day Monday to Friday and I've learnt a lot in my Organisation as it was my first time working in a Big company because my previous company was a one man company. What I enjoy most is the work environment and there not a lot of manual capturing most of the work comes in a download. The most challenging is when somebody is not doing his or her work on time and cause also a delay on my work I don't like somebody who's not meeting the deadlines.

I write in response to your Ad seeking an Administrators. As I tackle life with a motto of aiming high. Knowledge, persistence and hard work are traits which drives my ambitions. In my current position I have an ability to build an exceedingly functional office environment while proving administrative support for a fast paced security company called (Stallion Security). My work rate is very impressive and satisfying to my employer, I respond to requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner. I would bring a resourceful, flexible and hardworking attitude to this role, my highest ambitions can not only be my dreams but they can turn into reality through hard work and determination.

I am a dedicated and a hard worker who believes in learning more each and everyday, who believes in growing himself from rank to rank, so i like to associate myself with organizations or environments that has more interest in a growth of its members, so stallion security is a nice progressive company in this security industry, im enjoying to be part of it, it has taught me lot of things in this field especially on customer service, and strong communication ability, and how to build a strong relationship with your co-workers so the production of your duties will be already outstanding, those are things i enjoyed the most, my challenges was to deal with difficult clients especially those who doesn't want to comply with the working standards, but anyway as we were taught to be patient all the time and act with professionalism we manage to control everything comes our way.

Good learning curve
I have learn a lot more especially because everything that i m working with l have learn it by myself without any one showing cameras , alarms, computer,telephone answering,filling and organising.It a good experience that l got here.

Learning Curve
I would say the people at Stallion is great and so helpfull and understanding and they will go out their way to motivate you and give you that right push in that right direction. My experiance at Stallion was and is a difficult path i had no sense of selling guards and how it works to sell a guard i had to build my own client ele and i had to go door to door delivering company brochures just to try and get my foot in the door to make a sale yes did make sales but not as much as i would of liked but i still am pushing for the quotes what i have done to come through it is a patient waiting process but very hard work.

Hard working person
Self organised person and i well work as team assisting them where ever they lack .i can work under pressure and self motivated. I always dedicated my job as first priority and organise teamwork motivate them and make sure they doing the right job at end of the day.

Excellent company,
Wonderful company to work for great staff and senior managment always available and willing to assist and help to understand,couch and advice and internal promotions is of utmost importance and The interaction between managment and staff is incredible.
