It create a good confidence at work

I am in charge with receiving inbound calls from the clients and from security officers on site each and every hour(reporting their situation on site). I am also liable to liaison with the Managers and Supervisors to inform them what is going on different sites. I am also liable to issue and receive firearms to Reaction officers and Security Guards

Time management skills and can work well under pressure.

It's a good company always makes you feel better about yourself and your family. I learned how to treat others in your life and know I'm easily adapted to positive and any other change and development offered to me or improving the work needed to be done with a healthy time management in mind and the possible soonest results on the outstanding tasks.

Pros: On every month giving the amployees a certificate and money if you are a security of the month.
Cons: The working hours is 6 to 6 If you working day shift you work whole day if you work night you work whole night

I've learned something mote regarding my company eg treating us fairly

I'm individual who willing to be told when I'm wrong,friendly with my work mates,polite and neat always treating my work mates fairly.My workmates know that without mutual respect no team can win.

Very pressurised

A typical work day is very pressurized and lots of deadlines to meet. I have a good relationship with all colleagues and tend to be given tasks that is not within my job description. Safety is my life

I have stared in safety at kelvin power station after my security career. Then moved to North Cape to work in construction building solar plants. Learned alot but very far from my family. Came back to Pta but would like to go back in Safety enviroment close to home.

Pros: work myself up in ompanies up to contract manager.
Cons: worked 12hour shifts before and will not be a problem
