Working in fast Paced Enviroment

My Current role as a Technology systems Analyst is to Provide Support and Make IT work for the Business (Technology is the backbone for the business) - as a support function for the trading Room in SA and Point of contact for other trading floor in Southern africa , This is a very fast paced environment which keeps me on my toes 90 Percent of the time -

Pros: Great Oppotunity to Learn and made me an analytical Thinker
Cons: No room for growth in The organisation

Competitive department to work for

Management has through time developed an ingenious way to ensure good results within the company world wide. Each country that excels in tasks and requirements is recognized and given incentives. My department thrives on the recognition and incentives on a monthly basis. This in turn makes the whole team work in unison however competitively.

Pros: Process driven ensuring safety systems and maging risks
Cons: Growth stunting in the sense that all solutions and processes are provided by a central team

Excellent working environment

It is a company in which almost everyone would wish to work for. Acompany that tskes care for it's employees and clients, it is an international bank so, different people from different countries meet and get to work together in a very respective way and their differences are respected.

Trade Operations migration in full swing

My work environment is charactezed by diffrent individuals from diffrent ethnic groups around the world. All these people are talented in their own special ways. Trade Operations is currently been hubbed to other markets, the team has gotten smaller and only the specialists have remained on the ground to handle key clientele.

Hard worker; always ready to learn more

Wirking environment is very pressured as it’s a global bank. Long working hours. However, so much to learn from different industries. No typical day is the same which makes it exciting. Good working relationship with colleagues and other stakeholders.
