Sterkinekor is busy company they need to emply more staff so that their business can be more active. Staff work long hours with no lunch which affect their productivity

Good learning

I enjoy when I make m customers happy and when I reach expected targets. Age restrictions is the most challenging aspect. My relationship with my co- workers is very good beacuse one of our value is to comminate so we always communicate with each other to my our job much easier.

Good communication

Working to that company it's really help me to understand other poeple and to work with different kind of poeple mood poeple;friendly poeple arrogant poeple so it's really good company to me but the only thing that killing us hours and pressure but once you on it you don't fell all that and what I like most is the relationship with my callauges it's was wow we were family as I said I learn a lot to them love poeple take care of other poeple and what I enjoy most is a communication between the manager and staff that was wonderfully and the challengings is that the customer don't understand the situation they expect you to give what they want all the time because sometimes we as a staff we don't deal with suppliers so that the mains challenges when we didn't received what customer want and the problem it's not us is the suppliers.

Excellent learning skill

My co-workers and i where very good at working together as a team in order to give our customers a very good service they.i had always took a very good care of my work station.i have learnt different way to treat customers and a good way to handle their anger.i enjoyed helping out customers and also giving them the information about my job

Excellent team work

My company is a one of the biggest company in South Africa.We working according company values one of the most value is interdependence,we always working as a team.The typical day is the year end whereby we can count all the stock including storerooms so that we can check shortages and overages.What I learnt is to interact with different people almost everyday and how to use a computer.I enjoyed serving customers especially on busy days.The most challenging aspect is when we knocking off at night,we have to wait for the transport and we end up getting home around 00:30.

Pros: Always have something to learn almost everyday
Cons: Working hard but paid less

The experience is good

It's for someone who doesn't have qualifications, who doesn't family/friends or hobbies, someone who doesn't have needs. There's no future people resign almost everyday because the company doesn't pay and we work so hard,working with different people everyday.

Excellent learning curve

i make sure two cinemas are fully staffed and have all foods and beverages to run from 7am till the next morning, it isnt easy but i get it done , we order from different suppliers and we make the pop[cor and food offerings in the kitchen trammezinis and italian salads french breads aswell

Good experience

It was a short-term experience because i was still a student. With this job i learned a lot at a short period of time. i learned about customer service, how to work with people and work in a team. great team leading. i had different shifts, day shifts, split and late shifts. it was not easy to work with customers because i got to meet different people but it was a good experience.

Excellent learning program

Good company to work for but the hours and shift are not good. For a person who has a family it's not a conducive platform. But it's a very good company to make a reputation for yourself as it is a big company
