It's a great opportunity to start on I started at Ster kinekor on 2015, ster kinekor groomed me and now I know what I want, and it taught lot of thing customers service, dealing with a customer because we meet different customers everyday..

Learning opportunities
When I started working at Sterkinekor I didn't know anything about the company but my preservarance, patient and desire made me wanna know more about. To gain experience I have to work very hard. I started as a cashier I won employee of the week and month. I was presented with a gift as a token of my hard work. Working under pressure and going extra mile are my daily good. I like learning new things everyday. My daily duties is opening the business.,dealing with customers and on the other hand u have to be there for you colleagues as a supporting system. Through my hard work I got promoted as a floor supervisor.

A good working enviroment to grow as a young person.
Team work is key, and the experiance is a of the best.Meeting new people and growing the customers we have as a day to day work.The making of popcorn and other movie treits on a daily bases shows that you care about the customers and that they need the best survice from us as a team.

Opportunities to grow in the company are low
-Fellow employees are educative and helpful -During busy days you would wish you were not there but its helps to understand the costumers more -i've learnet to deal with difficult customers in a good way -Challenging aspect of the job is when customers don't understand that we sometimes do run out of stock

No benefits Long working hours Head office employers did not visit enough I have learned to balance my work with my life regardless of the long hours Build my confidence with the customer Give me confidence in problem solving with customers who are very impatient

Good
Working there was very fun because you meet different people everyday,I was working in the kitchen as cashier as well as at the front selling ticket,the problem there was not being permanent but working very long hours,some times from 9:00 till 11:00at night of which was very tiring

Customer service,being able to work under pressure and reaching targets.
Working at the movie industry is funny because you work with people and you learn more about customer service.reaching targets and driving your team to always do the best and it helped me alot to know what it means being a leader and team player at once.being able to work under pressure.
