Wonderful learning experience of my life.
I was always 30 minutes early at work and the most challenging thing was when I come in contact with an aggressive patient and what made me strong ID that the complaint manager was truly helpful and taught me how to handle stressful days at work. My co-workers were there for me if I needed any assistance and they were so fantastic. My experience in this was that I never worked in a large environment with so many people of which I have learned so many things like:- -ability to organise work effectively. -problem solving skills. -Experience in handling difficult people by using verbal communication skills. -managing anger. I enjoyed interaction between me and my daily clients and learning new things each and everyday no matter how tough it is. Most challenging thing at work is that when you did a mistake and never have any solution on how you're going to fix it.
Pros: excellent job opportunity
Cons: normal working hours

Excellent learning curve
An academic hospital has helped me to he more independent and I have grown professionally too The work load is a bit heavy as we are short staff but luckily we have great team players in out team On a typical day we order medication,do the doctors rounds, supervise students and nurses, give inservice training, give medication and do total patient care. The most challenging part is being short staffed cause it drains us physically as there patient nurse ratio isn't equivalent
Pros: Learning opportunities
Cons: Short staff

Professional growth and experience
It’s a busy and very hectic ward I work in with very critical ill patients who require full care from basic needs to medical needs. We work with a large team of people closely with the multi-disciplinary team greatly involved with each patient. I have great relationships with all my co-workers and good communication is practice with respect and professionalism. I have learnt alot from this experience, patient care, rehabilitation, being patient, self respect and toward others personal and professional growth. The challenges are mostly when a patient passes on it emotionally affect ones all the time, also working with neurological patients can be a challenge all the time. I mostly enjoy it when patient improves and gets discharged to the care of the his/her family it’s full filling all the time.
Pros: Great experience daily
Cons: Long hours and short staff

Excellent team player
I am an individual who is willing to put an effort in what I am ambitious about and that is being in IT field. I have fulfilled my three year diploma qualification at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology which that gives me confidence and an inspiration to go ahead and expose my IT skills. As an IT management qualified I would like to advance my career and put my IT knowledge in use. I have been exploring in ICT departments as I was till operator, junior technician and system supporter in my work history through different companies. I gained a lot of knowledge and skills in ICT; I am a hands on person who is eager to learn further as a team player. I like challenges but also paying attention to details. I have good time and self management while prioritizing my work or task given. I have been exposed to many projects in my career history and still pride myself as a hard worker through the results of my work.

A beautiful and growing experience
It was a growing and educational experience as it was a medical study that I was assisting a doctor in. It allowed me to exercise a lot of skills that I hadn't used because of my previous occupation such as, communication, filing, answering phones planning, team work. I was grateful for the experience
Pros: Learning new medical terms, understanding medicine, exercising dormant skills,
Cons: Carry some else's slack to cover the numbers required. Adjusting to a medical environment
