Excellent learning curve

Currently learning the the industry and also exposed to culture of the business. Start of day by opening the store, quick staff meeting,reconciling and compiling admin duties. Then get read to serve our customers. End of day sending report for the day and closing the store.

Hours and short staffed

Typical day is one sales associate for 9 hours with a possibility of no lunch or break. Great relationship with co-workers, what I have learnt is the product and the pros and cons of it as well as what my actual worth of myself is and this is not the career I would like to pursue at all. The most important part of my job that I enjoy is interacting with so many different people, cultures, religions, traditions, international icons, overseas travelers and various information on countries. The challenging part is the financial strain for the long working hours that one puts in as well as the effort that one makes to achieve goals, targets and deadlines.

Pros: Interacting, the staff
Cons: The early shifts starting at 5am and late shift ending at 10

Hrad worker

i enjoy being able to reach out to customers providing the servcie i get paid for,i learnt that as people we very unique in so many way but we must be able to reach out to all kinds of people,n the importancy of of customer service,one of the most challenings we come across is that most people tend to take work for granted and forgetting to meet the requirments needed,typical work day,would reporting on time for duty and than start prepering my day duties as to how complete them on time.

Pros: working as team,be able lead if it means to

Fast learner

Am passionate about my work Hospitable , patient Always willing to learn new things The company I work its nice because you get to me meet many different peoples and learn from them. And we also deal with customer complains and resolve them as well

Great learning Experience

I had learned a lot especially in the past few years in the industry specifically customer service. And the company does invest so much in their employees. I love challenges and it's exactly what I'm getting here but I would like to learn more and advance on what I have learned already.

I look for growth and Challenges

I'm 31 years old and have been working my way up the management ladder. I look for growth and Challenges in all that i do. To make sure I don't get stuck in the same thing every day. Im self motivated and push myself to higher levels. I don't stop working until the job is done.

Great experience

I work very well in ateam. I am fast learner as well reliable. Eager to learn an broaden my knowledge to know more. In my line of work i have direct communcation with our customers. Doing sales an dealing with any complains they might have. My co-workers and i assist each other when help is needed we leave from each other. I love working with people an that way i meat new people an see there different ways of doing things an their personalitites.

Pros: Great learning curve of life an full on confidence that will help you in life.
Cons: Not being ale to spend much time with my family

I have been working for a while but already feel like i''ve known them long tie

Its a retail with four staff and the manager. I've started not long the 01st November 2018. Doing my second year with CTI / Pearson doing my second year however due to finance did write my exam.Its good learning curve been at varsity .Though we had already 3 thefts.We are like a family and they also friendly.

Pros: Yes however i feel over qualified
Cons: 9 hours
