Excellent learning curve

Sunglass has taught me so much about retail, from opening the store to closing it alone sometimes, time management, operating the cashier desk, stock taking, banking on a daily basis (filling in banking book) and checking cash float to making sure that everything balances. Counting of stock in the morning and evening, working with energetic colleagues and good management team that live up to the brand. The aim being able to deliver excellent customer service and share the sunglass hut experience with each and every customer. The most challenging aspect is theft (external), but the team is very much vigilant and have a solid strategy to

Good over all experience

It was a good over all experience, learnt a lot and became close to my team. However, the higher you climb the ladder in the field the less "perks" you get. I loved my job but it did become very straining after some time. There is a great dynamic between head office and field.

Cons: As a manager your needs always come last

Great place /company to work for . Lots of opportunities for growth . Its a family place , as in with co workers we are a team . Requires hard. Work and got to love what you do.

Fast learner

Am passionate about my work Hospitable , patient Always willing to learn new things The company I work its nice because you get to me meet many different peoples and learn from them. And we also deal with customer complains and resolve them as well

Loads of learning opportunities

Everyday the work day is filled with culture. Hardly any real pressure from the executives. People that I work with allow for you to be yourself. The work day is very much chilled and my colleagues support me in what I do.
