I am experienced Human Resources professional with experience in performance management.

My day to day job is to attend interviews, facilitate assessments, coordinate disciplinary hearings and grievances. advice line manager in taking decision with regards to the company policies and procedures. Resolve employees queries e.g leave. Attending meetings My relationship with my co - workers is a good one. We understand each other which makes us to respect one another. I have learned that as a department we need to work together rather than competing which help us to achieve common goal. I enjoy working with people, you tend to learn more everyday from different individuals and also how to deal with difficult clients. I have also learned that communication in a working environment is key. I enjoy to resolve problems within the departments, I also enjoy assisting my co - workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is Employee relations. eg I have to be ensure that I have formulated a correct charge also correct procedure has been followed in a hearing.

Pros: There are policies and pocedures in place to be followed that assist us to have a unifom conduct.
Cons: Company working hours is 8 hours

Best thing about my job

Work from 8:30 to 5pm. In the morning check emails and responde. Check the clocking device (Kronos) and close the hours if there are correct. Liase with managers if there are problems with departments. Check and capture inputs from HR. Process payroll and close it. Do thirty part payments and send reports and payslip.

Pros: Unfortunately there aren't so many growth opportunity unlessyou study further
Cons: Long hours comes with working in Payroll department especially towards the end of the month

Great learning curve

Ensuring guest and clients are satisfied, creating a memorable moments for them to come back.I was part of a great team,we were always on our best to met our deadline. I have learned that focuse and patient can lead to reach your destiny.I enjoyed solving problems. Dealing with a difficult customer

I am a team player and I have good communication

I'm writing to express my interest in the position listed on your advert. I have experience working with guest, giving information, bookings, office work and invoices. While much of my experience has been in the hospitality business world, my business experience will be an asset to your organization. My responsibilities included generating invoices, follow-up on payment and making sure that all the details on the invoice are correct. In addition, I have been exposed to assisting in the manager for other department where I improved my knowledge in working with invoices and IFS. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. Thank you for your consideration.

My last job was at Carnival City Casino as an IT Engineer since 2009. As a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, I have acquired vast understanding of Windows Servers such as Server 2003, windows Server 2008R2 and windows Server 2012 environment and I have the advanced knowledge in problem solving and troubleshooting. I also have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service. I have been working for Sun international for the 14 years having started back in 2002 at Sibaya Casino. My past experience directly with customers and users has made it necessary for me to focus on providing quality customer service, and also enabled me to work with all types of people. I believe that my communication skills and excellent people skills, partnered with my Technical knowledge and problem solving skills, would make me an asset to your company.

Excellent learning for customer service

We build a strong relationship at work .because we working as a team. I learn a lot from my colleagues someone will come out with different views with that views make me a good thinker , and it make a job to be done on time. There is also trainings at work for customer service . I enjoy having a relationship with our guests. As i work in the casino the most challenging aspect is when the guest us loosing money , they will be angry and use vaulga language but i will know how to handle someone like that because i was trained for that.
