Topical day will be capturing all the coming inputs meaning changes to personal files of the employee, working at a large institution like this you get to experience different queries,different personality. I have learned to understand people as a whole, and there behavior, I learned a new computer program IFS which is only the only company using it at the moment

I'm a young vibrant woman so is career driven. Optimist about life, I'm not afraid to try new things. I can work well under pressure not situation scares me I face challenges head on. I'm hard working and determined.

Excellent learning for customer service

We build a strong relationship at work .because we working as a team. I learn a lot from my colleagues someone will come out with different views with that views make me a good thinker , and it make a job to be done on time. There is also trainings at work for customer service . I enjoy having a relationship with our guests. As i work in the casino the most challenging aspect is when the guest us loosing money , they will be angry and use vaulga language but i will know how to handle someone like that because i was trained for that.

Pros: Im well trained for customer service
Cons: I work 8 hours per day
