Good communication
My name is Dinah and I'm interested on serving my experience with fly Safair crew,i have 12years in the Aviation industry as a flight supervisor,i supervise loading and offloading of Baggage,mail and Cargo on the flights,i comply with safety,i also make sure that the flight depart safely and on time.I have load control certificate with Emirates ,I also have ramp agent certificate with Lufthansa,I can load all types of aircraft,I'm a humble and passionate person,I'm also punctual.I've acted as a Duty Manager for 9 months.I like communicating with people as Aviation is all about,communication. Thank you

Good place to start out a career in airfreight, good experience
a typical day at swissport is busy busy and more busy. preperation for flights and actual ground handling of flights putting in long hours great relationship with co-workers with mutual respect and helping and guiding each other as well as professionally resolving issues. i have learnt alot in airfreight and ground handling mainly operations procedures and requirements and just overall day to day running of our department. i enjoy the coordinating and successfully completing daily tasks within the time frame given and required.enjoy driving the super cars that we transport on behalf of freight forwarders. everyday is challenging and ground handling any airline in Cargo operations is not easy but a process

Growing in the aviation industry
The environment of the aviation industry allows me to see the world from one place by constant meeting and working with new people of different cultural background. That allows one to learn new ways of communication and working style to fine the must effective way to allow the working environment to move operations. The responsibly of ensuring the safety & security of customers and co-workers starts with you. The aviation industrt is not to a hard enviroment to grow in long as you as a person knows what you want an work hard and smart with time management, life skills and self control

Beautiful to learn new things in the industry
Have a very positive understanding and work ethics with colleagues. And working with customer service is the best knowing u can always put yourself in another client shoes is the best and also knowing u can fix the problem and find a solution to what the current situation look like is a great work and great job well done. I have learned each day you learn something new and each day has its difffent challenges in your work place but it’s how u overcome many things at work stations.

Communication skills
I was a check in agent at the airport so I used to work shifts. It was not easy because I was working at international flights where sometimes they would be a barrier in talking communication but I learnt to be patient and calm and try to explain up until we understand each other. I enjoyed because I learn to deal with difficult passengers.
Pros: It was great because I learnt to differentiate between the fake visa and genuine one and passports as well.

Excellent experiencence
Each day is a great day because I meet different people everyday and I learn new things. I have learnt how to deal with a customer even if it's a difficult situation. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and passenger.I enjoy to help whoever ask for help from me. There is a big challenge when someone has missed his or her flight because he came and scream at you but I know that he's not shouting at me he's shouting at the situation.

It's a learning experience. Aviation hours are not easy but we get used to it. Work well with other people. We support each other growth. We motivate each other to do better.
