I am a self-driven, motivated, organised and committed individual.
My typical work days are very hectic and under tremendous pressure especially during allocation and transportation of co-workers for electronic backups during road blocks. With my healthy communication skill and confidence in my position, I have managed to bring out the best in my team.

E-commerce and Data Analytics
Co-worker are friendly, and the company has everything to learn from. reason i apply is to move away from the support an environment as i spent 6 years now in the same route. i want something fresh and new. Relationship with the co-workers is great. but the most challenging aspect of the job they lacking team work and skills metrics. which is where i am from i am used to team playing an environment as i am more of diligent and a team player so its a bit harder for me to adjust.
Pros: The position i am in is already a higher according to the company. then the move is always management

I learned a lot
At work I was excellent, everything I do at work was on time and perfect. My supervisors where even sure that every job they gave me will be perfect. I was always happy at work because I love my work and I was always at work,commited to my work.all my colleagues where always happy to see me,a prove of that is everybody knows me from officer,inspector,sup to chief sup because of my good work.i leant that if you are good to everybody they be also good to you as well but this I'm referring to my good work.what I enjoyed was when ever the officers knows they will be working with me as their technical assistance, they where so happy and I was happy to see smile on their faces and they also tell me that the day or night is young with me as their technician. The challenge about that job was working when is cloudy situation as you have to monitor the camera time and again to have good quality pictures.
Pros: I was promoted from driver to technical assistance
Cons: during night it was long hours because of preparation of equipments,like batterie and flashes

My skills will lead to a successful outcome.
I have been afforded the opportunity to share and upgrade my Road and Transport Management skills with all other colleagues. I enjoy most the passenger experience in relation to utilization of all means of transportation. The past years within Syntell my supervisory and leadership skills have excelled.
Pros: produce significantly to meet our customers needs timeously.
Cons: malfunctioning of electronic devices which end up frustrating users.

Excellent
I am capable of the following: Providing assistance to customers and operational staff by installing, configuring and supporting computer software and hardware and being a point of contact for incidents and service requests such as: • Install and configure of new hardware and Software • Monitor and Maintain systems and infrastructure • Rollout of new applications and upgrades • Carry out administrative duties; e g Maintenance and day to day operational support • Perform other duties as assigned • Liaise with other IT personal and developers for problem resolutions on escalated matters • Maintain Backups, Security, and other strategies • Investigate and resolve incidents logged by customers • Examine and complete service requests logged by customers • Coordinating and liaise with suppliers on equipment repairs

Syntell was a learning curve for me
Working at Syntell taught me a lot . Self discipline and how to be target driven . That working as a team is important and that we can achieve a lot more in a team then any individual can . It's extremely important to keep calm and not over react to certain situations and that work life and home life are not the same . Syntell was a huge experience for me
Pros: I'm a faster typer and I have an amazing attention for detail now
Cons: Was put under impossible pressure .

Excellent learning curve
Currently I am working as a System Support Technician. It’s a very challenging and interesting job, dealing with new problems almost every day. We provide our services based on the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). To be able to ensure that the SLAs are met I work with a ticketing system, Microsoft servers, XMLs, MS SQL servers to run SQL queries to investigate, analyse , test and resolve daily logged calls. We perform updates rollouts for the systems, Systems Health Monitoring, liaise and collaborate with members across all company’s departments.
Pros: Great exposure to systems and IT infrastructure

Great experience
Great experience , I have learned all my skills and experience from this company , we work as a unit and as a family . Very people friendly and always open to help. But no growth is happening for me and I feel ready for change

Excellent learning curve
It is an amazing experience obviously that comes with a price.Supporting live systems is a bit of a challenge but it helps you as an individual to learn to pay more attention to details ans be more cautious. I have grown my database and scripting skills enormously for the past year since joined Syntell. There are also other things i learnt to work as an individual and be accountable, work as a team, meet deadlines, how to prioritize based on the type of request received and many other things.
Pros: Nothing as such here
Cons: no bonuses no benefits, workload is too much we are short staffed

No room for improvement
No room for improvement, salary is too small, it's a contract, no communication between team leader and workers. We are not included to the functions like others teams. No bonus at the end of the year and no medical aid, treated different from others there are lot of other things happening
