Great experience , I have learned all my skills and experience from this company , we work as a unit and as a family . Very people friendly and always open to help. But no growth is happening for me and I feel ready for change

Excellent learning curve
It is an amazing experience obviously that comes with a price.Supporting live systems is a bit of a challenge but it helps you as an individual to learn to pay more attention to details ans be more cautious. I have grown my database and scripting skills enormously for the past year since joined Syntell. There are also other things i learnt to work as an individual and be accountable, work as a team, meet deadlines, how to prioritize based on the type of request received and many other things.
Pros: Nothing as such here
Cons: no bonuses no benefits, workload is too much we are short staffed

Good job
My review about working at Syntell lty pts The work I do at syntell is not as much as it used to be, I start at 7am everyday I extract traffic fines, issue on fts and then I upload the images to a database for it to be captured. I also work sometimes with the courier drivers that fetch work and I despatch the boxes and envelopes. Other times I help traffic officers that bring work in. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers I always pitch in where I can if anybody needs assistance. We get along great because we all know we came to work for a reason. From the five years I've been at syntell I have worked in every department to gain more knowledge and experience so I've learnt many things. I enjoy learning new things everyday and interacting with others.

It's a great working environment, great experience and my co-workers are very great and helpful
It's a great working environment and I have great co-workers who are very friendly and helpful. My seniors are also nice people and approachable. I have learnt to be patient as I work with a lot of people with different personalities. I always look forward to going to the office because my co-workers make the working environment fun.

I feel that your company is the type of company in which I would excel
Thanks to the knowledge and skills, I have gained experience in the following but not limited to using Electrical engineering tools, software’s, reading blueprints, circuits, fault finding, troubleshooting and modifying existing electrical systems. As I know those skills are appreciated by your company, I believe you will perceive me as a valuable asset to your team. I am a hard worker who is always willing to learn from the seniors, working in your company will provide with an opportunity to gain further experience and upgrade my working skills and knowledge.

Great experience
Syntell is a good place. I loved working there. Very good place to be. The experience is one of a kind because you it's a very exclusive industry. I am happy to be a part of Syntell but they have lost the contract with the city of cape Town and I now need to move on.

Excellent
I am an energetic young lady who is willing to grow and able to learn new things. I always makd sure all my work is up to date even before the deadlines,I have so much confidence with my work and I am pretty sure about working under no supervision and still get compliments about my excellent work.

Excellent Learning Curve
Great working area, People are very caring and friendly. Always on your feet. Must be patient and content. calls logged everyday. i enjoy the new challenged that is being set everyday.

every day i have to reach my stats i have to capture 200 warrant ticket does not matter if system is low or no electricity and problems with traffic cooper hand writtings
