I am a hard worker . i need the peoples to understand others proplems if they have some problems . but if you come to work you must live your problems at home. we need a problems of customers not a worker problems.

Excellent learning opportunity

To me a normal typical day we do sale , be good to customers, give them a great service they need.make sure they re happy . Tekkie town is a good company to work for but sometimes not so good.I have learned many things there ..But i do think it is time for a new challenge and that is why I did apply with you guys.

Pros: to work for this company is actually fun but sometimes it is horrible..what ever vomes my way at work i deal with it i take responsibility
Cons: weekends 7:30-18:00 saturdays 07:00-14:00 weekdays 07:30-18:00

A big retail company under Pepcore, with great growth opportunities for the younger generation.A team players dream comes through with the ability to create strong and great turn overs.

Pros: Having the ability to upsell , making sure monthly targets are met

Excellent work experience for basic sales skills.

Working at Tekkie Town as a salesman honestly was good for me because I learned a few skills like: team work, following instructions, how to handle pressure and always have s smile and positive attitude towards your work environment. I enjoyed seeing my customer getting what they wanted and actually thanking you for helping them make the right decision in what they wanted. The most challenging though is when they don't know what they want and you have to show them almost every tekkie in the store only to find out they like the first one you showed them. Although I can't complain about it because it's part of my job.

Pros: The older you were the better your chances for promotion.

Good learning curve as trainings provided

Iin this culture yiu kean tge environment first and see what kind of people you are working with. Vut mostly suoervisors are always want to be heard as the perso who does things right Floor staff are phenomenon and grat at all tiness. Typyccal work day its when you need VB to pysh for sales and reach montlhy target and yiu are ledt with only 3 days. I have learnt that yiu fo not tryst a person unless otgerwise yiu have good reasonns to as we are all he4 to work and provide for our famikies. What i enjoy moat ia wgen i have a goid structured morning talk and my staff accomplish what we were speaking of. The mist chalkenging asoect of tge job is when a lot of customers enters tge store and yiu are only TV three staff who will be assisting tgem and all need to be atrended as itger custoners i mean great custoner service cones from tgere afrer all.

Good

Good relationship with co workers. Everyone does what is expected of them at all times to keep the company productive. The hours can be a bit extreme at times especially during the festive season as they are extended. The most changeling aspects of the job has to be the standing the entire but after all it's a retail so that is expected. The most learning curve one comes across is to engage with one another as the job requires good communication sskills.Above everything I have learned to be a better person and be patient with others at all times
