I'm a fast learner and willing to learn more

I work very well with my team, we help each other with floor coverage and protecting our stock, we handle different types of customers both difficult and understanding customers and make sure that they are all happy at the end of the day. We make sure that we reach our daily and monthly targets to grow our business.

Pros: Create opportunity is to learn how to trust each other and be able to multi-task and work as team and also to come up with ideas that will build each other and to be confident.
Cons: Yes I work long hours from 8:30 am- 6:30pm

Great opportunity

Working at Tekkie town is a really great learning cur ve, you get to meet people every day Working at Tekkie town is a really great learning curve, you get to meet people every day and learn their likes and dislikes. You get to learn how to be able to communicate with different types of people. You can push yourself because you have targets to reach everyday so you get to know what levels you can reach as an individual. My co workers are really the nicest people, they help me when I have trouble understanding something or doing something. learn their likes and dislikes. Good with giving employees opportunity to excel in the company and also put theire employee's first and make the best out of every good deed that all employees are so happy with their duties and everything within the company is done professional with honesty and dignity to the culture of the company in which it is used as a motto of it..."our people our businesses in which every customers is our first priority

Excellent working environment

My current position is based on administration,customer service,team leader. Most I enjoy customer service getting to know your customer is an amazing part where you create a very strong relationship with your customer. Tekkie Town is an amazing company they promote staff to build the company. I started in the company as casual in 2017 and in 2019 I was promoted to be a store manager

I have learnt computer skills, I enjoy cash up

The co-workers is fun to work with them but sometimes choose them selves into groups and gossiping about others and that is not what I like. I like us to work together as a team to achieve the goals of our business.

I was doing great with my branch and my staff

When i start working for tekkie town , i was clueless about retail,i've learned a lot.from casual to a manager.i've learn how to receive stock and how to book out the stock and what to check on receiving and booking the stock out.and giving the staff training on how to open sale nd to close sale

Pros: i had alot of opportunities such as being merchandise ,opening new stores
Cons: i enjoyed working for tekkie town,even though they put a lot of presure to me as manager

Good experience

The working environment is not so bad to work at. The day to day running of the store gets to be a routine you get use to. The salary was not so good considering that there were no benefits to support it. It's ok to start working there as a junior than a senior.

Exposure into corporate world

wwwedcONDUCIVE WORKING HOURS WITH AMAZING EMPLOYEESl,, and learned to deal with working under pressure. I enjoyed working in groups where we had to share our knowledge.
