It was a good experience and really eye opening

The experience at Teleperformance was a really eye opening and mind blowing to assist different clients needs and making sure these clients don't call again for assistance, having to have patience and at the same time to be time conscious. I really enjoyed my work even though I wanted to grow and venture for a better career.

Pros: Learning how to use different computer systems and always having learn something new daily
Cons: No career growth

Excellent training

dMy typical day at work will start at my desk one hour or 30 min before shift start , sitting at my pc going through processes. best part of being on break would be my amazing co workers lunch breaks or smoke breaks I have learned so many things regarding mobile network , data . device and internet email setuo. i enjoy the culture the most friendly helpful and kindness of the senior support the most challenging would be the shifts as it is difficult to travel for a early 6am and 10pm shift

Good opportunity to grow and learning experience

In this company i have learnt how to deal with the customers by solving their problems, i have grown as everyone get to be upskilled and learn morethrough the company and that is what i enjoyed mostly to work underpressure and communicate with customers. The company provide different shifts and i managed to work them, also i have build a strong relationship with my colleagues as we work together to deliver a good service to the customers, the most challenge was dealing with an angry customer but in that you have to find solutions that can make the customer to be calm and offer help to the problem

Its a iam very happy i have great relationship with all the management i just cant deal with the shift and long hours of work but other than that its greatgooid comparison
