Iv always been a customer service person but Teleperformance gave me an opportunity to be on the sales and retentions team. I enjoyed it and iv gained alot of experience.
Pros: Learning curve and experience on how to deal with certain customers

A new challenge
Working at Teleperformance RSA is a new experience and challenge that I have taken on full force as it is the first time working in insurance., however was able to Adapt to the nature and quickly Excell.

Excellence
A typical work day includes, call listening and analysis, capturing data, attending operational delivering meetings and drive performance. My relationship includes daily engagement to drive work performance specifically compliance and quality I have learnt that you should always be focused and deliver quality - this comes with being responsible. What do enjoy most is having calibration session with advisor who can share best practice. The most challenging aspects a face everyday is engagement - as a call center works on operational hours, delivering what is needed it becomes difficult to do actual coaching's with adviser's who are struggling

Challenging processes
My typical work day consisted of dealing with customers relating to their contract billing queries . I consider myself to be a teamplayer and got on pretty well with my co-workers. I've learnt how to deal with problems more efficiently as not much assistance was given by company such as processes. I enjoyed working with my team as we were there for each other. The challenging part of the job was not having proper processes in place which in turn resulted in repeat callers .

Training
I carry out learning and development and sone coordinating. The company is great and so are all the emploees I have trained I believe in always remaining upskilled to deliver the best in class development I am very well liked because of my energy and can do attitude I assist with coaching to ensure messages loaded well

Working with people with different personalities and learning new things every day
A day in the work place is vibrant, it is stressful as we have to Mai tain a quiet yet balanced workload,. Relationship with coworkers are the good thing out of the company except with certain managers. I learnt how to deal with UK customers and I learnt many skills I enjoy talking to different people every day The most challenging thing I face with the company would be when they do not allow you to enter the floor with snacks or certain bottles.
