I am a Lead Administrator at Telesure Investment Holdings. My job description is working on a sales dialler and calling clients who have requested Insurance Quotations. I have to then take down all the clients details and transfer them to sales consultants who completes the quotation for them. Sometimes, I have to assist a client who is not looking for Insurance but rather has queries about the current policy or any simple term regarding the insurance or services that we offer, I then had to transfer the client to the respective departments

depending on your reason for you seek employment, this could be a nice place to work. the best way to survive is to have hobbies and keep your head down and work

Excellent learning curve
In TIH l worked for 8 hours a day, my relationship with my colleagues was healthy and very mutual, l learnt so many Microsoft skills and other organizational behaviors, l enjoyed most interacting with people from different levels and what l found challenging was some individuals did not have emotional intelligence.

Working for the best
I wor I've been at Ellen Show since the 1st of November 2018 I've learnt a lot I've it is a wonderful company to work for a lot of growth opportunity grown personally I've had two qualifications at it because of them

The job has become so relentless
The job has become so relentless, you now have a salary cut with more work load. We do claims captures, claims follow ups, sales and all customer queries. We have targets to reach while doing everyone else's work. Excellent teaching curve
It was an awesome learning experience I have learnt more about insurance company industry and how to treat customer and also the the most challenging experience was hotspot wre you give the current customers on the phone wat they need and the tusks we different and challenging

Great to learn how to work with people and their different situations.
I enjoyed working at the the company, the fact that I was always amongst people. I had a wonderful relationship with my co-workers. I learned a lot about customer service on a daily basis. I enjoyed interacting with different people. The most challenging aspect of my job was getting customers to calm down over the phone but I have that calming effect on the customers and I enjoyed the challenge.
