Great work environment

Great company to work force get good commotion structure compared to most companies. Far paced environment with lots of incentives.. I would recommend anyone to work for this company as I am now in this role for five years and counting.

A typical day for me is :: I get to work, read and respond to my emails. Attend my meetings e.g requirements elicitation, go to daily SCRUM. Work on my designs.

Great work experience

Working at Telesure is good as the environment and the people here are great, we have all the resources we need for work and for our personal use. The gym and food courts are accommodate different kinds of people within the building. The challenges come with the pressure it's not much but it would be good if we were paid for sales made even without meeting the target so we will have enough money for our lifestyles.

Pros: Good for school leavers
Cons: Deduction on own commission for errors made while reading disclosure also not helping us pay for the compulsory medical aids provided
