Skills and Knowledge in death claims

Each claim has a different challenge Healthy relationship with my fellow workers Being to work as a team and continues knowledge and skills Brotherly and sisterly relationship Being on top of your game so to speak as you are as good as the last claim you did.

Excellent learning curve

My job involves tight deadlines especially towards month end, i'm always under pressure because what i do largely depend on our clients and how cooperative they are in terms of submitting payment schedules and making actual payments. I am a billing administrator.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: No room for growth

Excellent learning curve

Is a good company but pays less salary remunerations. It does not invest in it's employees and makes money from paying people less. It has large number of schemes for funeral services, but still does not hire anymore administrators. There is high staff turnover.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Long working hours

Small company no growth

Working at my company is a bit challenging as there is no growth especially financially. I have a great relationship with my co-workers because we work as team. I've learnt a lot and I enjoy what I do.

Pros: Close to home
Cons: Not being valued as staff
