The day starts off with the whole team on the warehouse floor double checking that freight is in the correct loading bays, separating and loading parcels into the designated route bakkies. Communication between operations assistants, drivers, porters as well as myself is vital to ensure a smooth running of the whole process, time management so freight and drivers can be dispatched without delays. I enjoy being a part of a well oiled machine and always managing to keep the team in line by enforcing protocols and conflit resolution when conflicts arise. every team member is valued and respected and we all learn from each other from time to time.

Excellent learning curve
This job is one where you have to work well under lots of pressure, but we always get the job done in time. Relationship with co-workers are very good and we all work together as a team. I enjoy it most to work with my client and keeping them happy Hard work pays off in the end

Great learning experience.
we learned a lot as a team we learned a lot as a team but I would like to broaden my horizons and move closer to family & friends. but I would like to broaden my horizons and move closer to family & friends.
Pros: Learned a lot on how the logistics field operates and to better myself by submitting reports on time etc.
Cons: No benefits like Medical aid etc.

Fast learner
I love people and I love to work as a term always if something we not happy with we talk and fix it when it comes to work yes sometimes it come where we have lot of work but with communication everything was going well

Excellent learning curve
I have learned new skills in the organization and willing to learn more. There are little chance with mistakes and your work has to be accurate. Build strong communication skills with co workers and clients as it is your job to keep people happy and satisfied.

Not a great environment to work in
Staff are treated poorly. We get demerited for any mistake we make. Feels like we are working back in primary school. Micromanagement at its worst and nobody enjoys going to work. It's actually very sad.

Warehouse assistant
Work in under a nightshift team, the best performance team in our warehouse. I learn that team work is very important and I enjoy sharing progressive ideas with my coworkers. Most challenging accepts of the job is striving to exceed the company's expectations

Excellent learning curve
You learn to deal with all kinds of people and you learn to read your customers. You learn to overcome any fears you might have had and just push through even if it is a strange and dangerous area you as woman alone have to enter. In general i get along with all my collegues but you do always get the one that is like a thorne under your skin. I hate working with ‘over sensitive’ ppl as you always have to walk on egg shells. I love what i do as i am a ppls person.
Pros: i get to meet different ppl every day
