I learn to take care of our clients. To respect our clients without judging. Always in time. To improve our company. Be in clean condition. Wash the bakkie that I was using every time. Report any problems before is to later. Make a good friendship with your bosses. And to respect everyone.

It's a very nice job

It's very nice to work with clients and suppliers and co-workers. And to work as a team. I enjoy every challenge that I get and I'm a very hard worker and a fast learner.

Opens your eyes to the real world of Business

The Courier Guy is a very fast paced environment where you are called to think on your feet literally, performance and customer service driven is what we try our best to focus on. I am a team player and get along easily with others, I enjoy the work environment and my team which I have trained are just the best like a family, challenges are really opportunities is disguise an opportunity to show your true value.

Pros: Customer oriented
Cons: No room for promotion for non-white into senior positions. No fair selection. Senior management are not compassionate.

Good start to career

The courier guy has great potential to be a huge international company but their choises in uneducated and sometimes lazy department managers halters them. They do offer medical aid help but not pension. Sometimes the company has been great to work for but hard work and hours of overtime goes unnoticed. Higher management give more work to the overworked and the work ethics are not on par, as is the safety of the warehouses. I would love to work hard and grow with the company, to push and use my knowledge to be a better asset for growth. I just do not get the chances i need. This company is a great place to start your career...but for now it does not use the tools that it has in its people to become more.

Good working environment

The position that i am in currently is not challenging for me implement my skills. My relationship with my team and other department is great because I interact with many people. I have learnt a lot from the courier company. I do enjoy the Data capturing. I really do not have that 10 percent with my family , homework with my child. Other people within the family is doing it for me. There is no growth.

Pros: no growth
Cons: 12 hours per day
