Team work. Àble do safety training and coaching to all levels. Do gap-analysis to identify any skills or training required. Ensure risk identification, analysis,ranking is well done. Workplace is źoned and marked safety signs awareness are placed on the correct places. Risk assessments, safe Operating Procedures and PlanTaskObservations are done and reviewed . Updated incident register, inspection registers and checklists. SHE meetings are held and minutes signed. Relevant appointment letters and competence filed. Updated audits requirements done. Monthly safety report discussed with relevant managementsystem.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions where there even thou the company was struck by country economy.
Cons: It not all about long hours of work but best and quality results.

Great work
Learned a lot now I can build a flender combiflex gear box with no doubt Am very greatful for the opportunity that Thyssenkrupp has given me and had faith in me, so am keen to do any job perfectly.

Effective Safety Management
Total implementation of effective safety system. Monitoring of measurable results. Monthly presentation of the results to management. Record and reports of incidents, investigation of the roots cause. Training and awareness campaign to the employee's . Dealing with workers having the spirit of denial.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions where there even thou the company was struck by country economy.
Cons: Workshops demand much time to achieve it operational targets
